I received the vacuum recently and I am very happy with it. I especially like the feature that shows if all the dirt has been removed. (the light changes from red to green) Often the carpet may look clean, but there is hidden dirt down in the fibers. Now, you can tell at once if the dirt is gone.

Started using OEM Hoover bags after I burned up a motor and was chastised by the repair center for using generic bags. I have my doubts that the bag was the cause of the problem, but I am using name-brand bags until my warranty expires. Bought the Hoover Type Y Hepa bag for my vacuum cleaner but had to order it on-line. Could not find the Type Y bags at the local store. The delivery was quick and easily installed on the vacuum cleaner. Order contained two bags reasonably priced.
I am happy with purchase.
