I ordered the 36 Hoover "Y" bags for a reasonable price of approx $26.00. It was through the third-party seller, KILLDIRT. I received a partial order, a bag of 9. The invoice stated my order was complete.
I emailed Amazon and they were AWESOME! I had several options of resolution and selected to keep what I had and was refunded approx 75% of the cost. The refund was credited to my credit card in less than 48 hrs.
I will NEVER purchase anything from this third-party seller, KILLDIRT, again.
Thanks Amazon for your AWESOME customer service!!!!! I will continue to be a loyal Amazon customer!

This order was for (a year's supply of) vacuum cleaner bags to be used with a vacuum cleaner that I ordered at the same time. The bags are exactly as portrayed in the ad and are the correct ones for the machine I ordered. Thank goodness the vacuum cleaner arrived with a new bag in the box, because the bags (part of the same order as the vacuum cleaner) arrived a full two weeks after the vacuum cleaner did. In sum, the product is great, but the delivery time frame for the bags (pardon the pun with reference to a vacuum cleaner)sucked.Customer Review: Savvy Shopper

A great product at a great price.
They have a seal which helps to eliminate dust as they are being removed and placed in the garbage. They also have a clear window running their entire height, through which the contents and bag fullness may be checked.
The air quality leaving my self-propelled Windtunnel has always been high, but I have noticed that its final allergen filter seems to be remaining cleaner after using these bags.
IMHO these bags are superior to OEM Hoover bags. Why pay more?

Needed to contact the seller a few times, but they were great and I did get all 36 bags from the seller. It just took a few additional shipments to get them all to me.
I recommend contacting the company you are buying from before making the purchase, just so they are reminded that there are supposed to be 36 bags. The item name used to have the count in the title and description, but somewhere along the line a few years back and it got removed.

Only 3 bags were shipped. Amazon requires that you return the product and re-order the 36 bags. This seems a little crazy to me - I'm supposed to order the same product again and just hope that the order will turn out right this time? Amazon, oh Amazon, why can't you give me some decent customer service and send the other 33 bags? For me, the savings here isn't worth the extra time & trouble.
