The shoe rack itself is great. Easy to put together, expandable. I actually bought 5 of them. Which is why the shipping was so silly. They actually packed each one in a separate box, filled with those air pillows and shipped me 5 large boxes. All 5 shoe racks could have likely fit in 1 box. I stacked these things up to the ceiling of a 9 foot tall closet. While it does wobble a little bit, it appears to be safe and sound. I have had them for nearly two months and could not be happier. My closet is a much more organized room thanks to these shoe racks. This rack is meant for heals but that is your need, these are perfect for you.

This is an excellent shoe rack. It's sturdy and has an adjustable width. It has a nice low profile--only 16 inches high if you include the shoes on the top rack. Assembly is simple and takes under 5 minutes. My closet floor is suddenly organized and clutter free. This is exactly what I was looking for, and it's hard to beat for the price.

Rack is a little tippy on carpet and less sturdy when extended out to maximum length. Some shoes with slick soles and without heels tend to slip down-slope, off the bars. Well worth the low price if you can accept those problems.Customer Review: excellent shoe rack

I bought 4 of these - I kept one and my daughter and son-in-law kept the other 3. It expands to the width of 2 "normal" shoe racks. My daughter stacked two in her closet - she gave me her old shoe rack which she no longer wanted.
