Delivered quickly, but one of the cross bars had a faulty fastener, so had to request a replacement part from Whitney Design through their website. Prompt response and supply of replacement part, professionally handled.
Overall, the unit is OK...a bit flimsy in structure, but value for money.

This clothes sorter works well for me. I use it on a regular basis. However, when I received this product parts of it were missing. I called Whitney Design and customer support was very good. I purchased 2 of these and labeled each slot for whites, darks, colors, denim, sheets & towels. It has worked very well, my six year old is even putting the clothes in the proper chute. Ordered two and the second one came with no wheels, or necessary hardware to assemble it. It was kind of a pain to have to send it back and get another one. Once the problem was solved, they were easy to assemble and great for organizing my kids laundry. Good solid construction. Worth the $.Customer Review: Life is a little easier now

This is a nice sorter for a small family, it fits very good in my laundry room and makes the laundry chore alot easier now. Love havinf it already sorted. The wheels make it easy to move across tile flooring, not sure how it would work on carpet. It wasn't very hard to put together either.
