I've used many types of earplugs just for sleeping or while on a noisy train or plane. I can tell you that these are by far the best I've used, and I also get the most use out of these.Customer Review: Can't sleep without it.

Better than any sleeping pill if you wake up easily. I started using it when I was working at night and sleeping during the day. Now I am back to day shift and use it at night. Only a fire alarm wakes me up. My wife uses it also and my snore does not bother her any more.Customer Review: Comfortable.

I snore and live at busy intersection, so my girlfriend and I were going through a lot of earplugs, and became somewhat of an authority on the subject. Overall they were very good with the exception of length. My girlfriend has extra small ears, so they didn't fit perfectly, but for most they should be great.
