I am a light sleeper and have used earplugs for about 25 years. Over that time I have tried many different brands. This one is the best in my opinion. I have small ear canals and most earplugs do not fit tightly. Not so with these. Because you can roll them up very tightly, and they stay that way while you are inserting them in your ear (most do not), their seal is very solid in the ear, cutting out all but the loudest sounds. I am happy to see that you can buy them in large quanities here - they are hard to find in drugstores. I highly recommend these.Customer Review: Love Them

I've been using these ear plugs for a few years now and I love them. My husband snores loudly and I am usually a light sleeper so instead of me wanting to kill him at night or have to go sleep on the couch, I can just sleep through the night. Sometimes I can still hear some snoring, but I know if I can hear it through these plugs, it must be really loud. So in that case I make him role role over on his side or kick him enough that he'll go sleep on the couch. I use the same pair for about a week and then throw them out. I figure this box is like a 4 year supply. I think it's worth it. It's better for you than taking sleeping pills.

These were too small to stay in my ear while sleeping on my side without them falling out; pushing them farther in my ear was extremely uncomfortable. I see others have had similar problems, and I don't think my ear canals are unusually large. Buy a small quantity if you want to give them a shot; I prerfer Flent's soft foam earplugs by far.
