I am unhappy with the level of service I received on this purchase. I needed this product, and the estimated delivery date was unsatisfactory, but i accepted the term. Then the delivery date came and went. The product itself is fine, but I will think twice before using amazon.com again. The only ear plugs I've used have been the slightly tough foam rolls given out by the airlines. I don't know how I stumbled on these Leight Sleepers... but what a revelation. Like the foam rolls, they expand in the ear canal... but then they keep expanding, gently, until the noisy airplane or the loud hotel guests next door just fade away. I've been using this product for nearly ten years. I wear them to sleep. These are excellent earplugs. They're oh-so-slightly smaller to provide an excellent fit for normal ears. They give superior noise protection if you insert them according to the directions. I always carry an extra pair in my handbag in case I encounter crying children on planes.Customer Review: Far from the best

These were too small to stay in my ear while sleeping on my side without them falling out; pushing them farther in my ear was extremely uncomfortable. I see others have had similar problems, and I don't think my ear canals are unusually large. Buy a small quantity if you want to give them a shot; I prerfer Flent's soft foam earplugs by far.Customer Review: Great Ear Plugs

These great Howard Leight earplugs are what allow me to get a great, restful sleep every night (with a snoring husband beside me). They are comfortable earplugs and really do block out noise very well. I have gone through several rounds of boxes of these in the last couple of years and will continue to buy this product. They do a great job!
