The Howard Leight MAX1 33db Earplugs are the best on the market. Anyone who has been spending $4-$7 for Hearos Blue earplugs will be more than pleased with these earplugs. These are the most comfortable ear plugs available. I always travel with ear plugs to ensure a good night's sleep, but I got these at a B&B recently and found them so soft and comfortable that I had to get a supply. I think their softness and composition block out sound more efficiently than other brands.Customer Review: Excellent sound buffer.

I've tried several other brands - Howard Leight Max1 offers substantial noise reduction and is an excellent noise buffer. What keeps it from being a 5star review? Placement in the ear takes a little practice - rolling it to fit in the ear canal and then holding it in place until it springs back into shape.Customer Review: Best there is in disposable hearing protection

Comfortable. Effective (when worn properly). I have been using these ear plugs as a USAF F-16C and F-15C mechanic for more than 10 years. These are far more comfortable and have a higher NRR than the ones the USAF buys. I prefer to buy my own and only use these. These simply are the best.Customer Review: These ear plugs are great!

My wife uses these plugs to sleep, as I have a tendency to snore (loudly, according to my wife). After trying many different types of ear plugs, these worked the best! They allow her to sleep peacefully through the night, which in turn allows me to sleep. In short, they are great!!
