I own several Hunter fans throughout my home, in Florida, where they rarely get turned off. Several of them are 20 yrs. old or more. And they are as quiet as the day they were new. And this one is just the same. Simple installation, quiet running, moves the air, and I am sure, will be as dependable as the rest.
