Great for the working person. I would highly recommend this thermostat if you love waking to a warm house. I have it set to come on for an hour before the alarm goes on, and off right after I get out of the shower. Great money saver since I used to leave the heat on higher all night not to wake cold. It was easy to install. My boyfriend did it, but had it completed in minutes. Only draw back is, it's programmable for Monday thru Friday. Not sure why I can't get Saturday and Sunday to show since the instruction book show it. Since I'm there to manually adjust on the weekend, it's not the much of an issue.Customer Review: Neat, yes! I was itching to replace the large and bulky thermostat in my apartment with a slimmer unit. This one fit the bill nicely. The instructions were clear on install,, but the programming is difficult with this model. It's very slim though and I like that about it. the indiglo is nice too for lighting. Unfortunately I have not seen a savings on my energy bills. In fact my bill rose $10 since installing it. I don't think that was the cause though, as there are far too many factors to consider.
Overall though it works as advertised. The instructions aren't great but for $25 I am not complaining.

Replaced a $80 thermostat with this one and will save much money. The old $80 Honeywell would cycle on and off with very small temperature changes; on and off as many as 6 times per hour.
This thermostat keeps the heater on until the temperature is 1 degree above the set point and does not turn the heater back on until the room temperature is 1 degree below the set point.
I'm very pleased with it.........

I had a previous programmable thermostat from Hunter, and it served me well for 6--7(?)years and finally lost it's program memory. This one, #44260, was easy to install and works great. Seperate heat/cool programs as well as 4 programs for each day is nice. I really like the Indiglo dial, so if I come downstairs early in the morning, I can bump up the temp before the program does it without turning on a light.Customer Review: Godd for the money

Not bad at all. The instructions weren't even close for wire labels on my (granted, quite old) thermostat. However, I still managed to get it right after reading some statements about what things NOT to do. Just read it and take your time. After I got it hooked up, it worked awesome, and the batteries are really easy to change. One happy customer.
