Finding the studs of my garage was the hardest part. The unit installs very well. When installing the angles to the stud, I recommend hammering the nail in loosely to keep the angle in place. Then remove after inserting the lag screws. This will make sense after reviewing the instructions. Otherwise, it's a straightforward installation and the video was helpfulCustomer Review: Great product!

These are just plain great for garage storage. I put up 3 in my garage and 1 on my dock. Very easy to install. Only problem I had is with abuse by UPS on one shipment resulted in lost components, but Amazon provided pick up for return and immediate replacement. I love Amazon for this since they did not make me hassle with UPS.Customer Review: These Rock!!

Installation is a piece of cake if you watch the video first since the written instructions are poorly written (as with most products). I recommend assembling the support arms before installing the ceiling brackets. This makes for fewer trips up an down the ladder and decreased my installation time significantly. We purchased two of these about 5-6 years ago for the garage; they were easy to install and provide convenient -out of the way- storage. Perfect for those items you don't use all the time but need to keep on hand and out of the "attic". Able to hold a surprising amount of "stuff". Great idea, great price.Customer Review: Great Product

This product is a fantastic idea. Installation was easy, but the instructions are very poor. There was not enough detail as far as spacing of the brackets, etc. The video had the information, but you shouldnt have to watch a video to put up this system.
