I'm at my computer for several hours a day for years, and had been noticing lately my wrists getting sore/fatigued. These gloves have been a perfect fix. The stiff insert is a bit uncomfortable, but I also don't think it adds much, so I took that out. The ball of beads on the palm (like a bean bag), does the trick to hold my wrists up and relieve the strain. Highly recommended.Customer Review: Fits nicely, works better than metal types

I had the standard carpal tunnel gloves with the metal piece in it, they didn't seem to help much. This one really seems to help, and I have no pain if I wear at all times on PC. I am on a PC basically all day and night (I work on PC and play on PC). It's also nice that it slips right on instead of velcro. I recommend.Customer Review: support and comfortability

I was skepitcal of the support of the wrist brace when i 1st open the packagae. But after several days usage found it to deliver the support i needed without being to rigid. Took away the pain. You really need these gloves when using the Kensington ExpertMouse Trackball, which has an unfortunate upward slope.
