I have had no issues with my septic tank while using this product. The operator who completes my routine maintenance could not tell we had a garbage disposal. I purchased in bulk and took advantage of the free shipping-this was favorite part of my purcahase. Being on a Septic system, a disposal is dicouraged... so we use it as little as possible. We use this to help offset it when we do use it.
Lowe's recently stopped carrying it locally, so we had to go to the Web to get it... That we went to the trouble of finding and ordering it should speak for its self...

The item arrived fast! I love this disposal and it is nice to be able to get the replacement cartridges so quickly. The picture of the label was confusing because it differed from the old one I was replacing. I purchased two. These BIO cartridges work great and fit into the disposal perfectly. Make sure you read the directions to ensure the spring in the cap gets released. Also turn on and off the disposal 3 times to prime the cartridge.
