Customer Review: Works well but quirky

I returned the first one because a piece was rattling inside. The second one showed up with the same problem so I guess that is normal - it would be good if the documentation mentioned that is to be expected! Would have saved me the hassle of returning. Other than that we are happy with it, it works much better than the last tank and has higher capacity and is easy to set the temperature on the dial. Once in a while you can hear it rumbling as it heats the water, but its not very often and its barely audible from under the counter.
