I love this kit. I am always in the kitchen with wet hands and hate turning my electric switch on with wet hands. My Jacuzzi has the same type switch and I figured i would try it. I installed by cutting into the sink top and mounted it without issue. This model has 2 outlets, one for the disposal and one for any other application. Make sure you plug your disposal into the correct switch or it will run non stop. When you engage the disposal it will automatically cut power to the other plug so I wouldn't plug in anything with a clock or anything you may want to run at the same time.Customer Review: Read the directions carefully

I would give this product 5 stars, except for one thing: the size of the hole that it uses. For some reason, the two that I bought through Amazon required a slightly smaller hole for the button than the ones one might purchase at HD or elsewhere. So when my contractor drilled holes in the granite countertop "using the same drill bit I always use", the buttons literally fell through the holes! We tried jerry-rigging them, but eventually went to HD and bought new buttons that used normal sized holes.Customer Review: Works perfectly, minor quality issue

It does it's job perfectly and looks great. I had to drill a hole through my stainless steel sink. Preprepared for this to be very difficult. Get a high quality bi-metal blade and use cutting oil. Take it slow, and give your drill opportunity to cool down every so often.
The only other problem I had was the silver disk around the button. It came off the plastic piece that is threaded around the center button. Whatever adhesive they used didn't hold. Super glue solved that problem.

I am only 5' tall and reaching over the counters to the garbage disposal switch was always a challenge!
So I had my husband install this air switch at the front of cabinet right under the sink...PERFECT!
Now I just reach down to quickly turn on or off the garbage disposal!
So easy to install - works with existing plug under sink!
LOVE IT! Great product!

Before, the disposal switch was under the sink, not the most convenient location. This fits right on the sink surface and the only connection between the switch and the control unit is a small plastic air tube. Much safer than flipping the switch with wet hands. The only thing I would have like to see is a few more switch color options. Otherwise, it works exactly as advertised.
