This is a very user friendly jig and very simple to use and simply made;it has molded in settings for 1/32 of an inch increments on two parallel pairs of graduated toothed racks. You take it from there as how how greater a precision you want when working with wood. The enclosed manual and video are the very best yoou would ever expect, plus they give you scaled and detailed diagrams to build your own fences or stops.
A great buy and one of those jigs that are a 'must have' for a thrifty, and assiduous woodworker. I highly recommend this tool.
