Customer Review: Flimsier than expected.

The main reason I bought this liner is to keep items from falling through my cart, and for that it works well. But as others have said, the fabric itself is not as strong as I thought it would be; it's perhaps a little thicker than the generic reusable fabric shopping bags, so I don't know how well it will hold up over time. Also, yes, there are loops to hold the liner in place with velcro, which come undone now and again. It isn't really a problem for me though, because there are enough tabs that just one or two of them coming undone at a time won't bring the whole bag down (and even if it did, it wouldn't make much difference).
One big issue, which I'll have to update on, is that I hardly believe that it is waterproof, but that's something I haven't had the opportunity to test yet. If it is, then I'll give this product four stars, but I really have my doubts.
Another minor complaint is the smell of the bag when you first get it. You definitely want to air it out for a day or two before use.
In all, I thought that the cost with shipping was reasonable for the product I received. I'm already satisfied that it keeps items from falling out of the cart, and if it manages to keep them dry as well then I'll be more than pleased.
