Customer Review: Great Product- T errible Fit

I'm someone who's in the environment field and very health conscious- so I did a lot of research before determining that WaterPik F-8 now sold to Instapure was exactly what I wanted and for an amazing price. It certainly removed as much or more than the $400 products out there. I could hardly wait to get it installed. When it arrived I tried to put it on, nothing worked- the fit was not good and water was spewing all over the place. The push button from filtered to non-filtered water was flimsy and did not work properly. I called my husband- he spent about 3-4 hours laboring over this thing, finally getting it to fit but we still had the water spewing from different parts so that I had to angle my container to get the filtered water away from the unfiltered water. Then, after about a week, the unit fell off the faucet and we've never been able to put it on again. I'd say to Instapure- great idea, terrible, cheap, flimsy design- why don't you use the same filtration system but in a new design that actually works well. I'd be willing to pay up to $100-$150 for this product if it works.
