It's all been said below. I'm not really that tall (6'2") but this bad boy makes all the difference height wise. Until last night I'd never taken a shower that didn't involve hunching over at some point.
As others have stated, the flow restriction device is easily removed and I was able to hand tighten the valves at the elbows to eliminate any leaks. It's cheap enough that you can afford to replace it every few years if it gets gummed up with minerals and such. The spray pattern is excellent as well.
It's hard to imagine a better showerhead for the money.

This def. solved our short showerhead problem! The joints move easily to adjust to different height people and the swivel head makes it possible to shave your legs in a small shower. It's real metal, not that coated plastic stuff and a big improvment on the handheld showerhead with the long cord that we took out!
Best of all we bought this on sale. It was well worth the fifteen dollars (seems more like a $50 showerhead). It took a few showers to get used to the "rainfall" feeling rather than the traditional showerhead feel, but now it's very nice. Would buy again.

I didn't realize how small the shower head was going to be when I bought it (no affect on the rating), but it isn't much larger than a standard handheld shower head. The pressure is fairly good, but when I remove all of the restrictors, it puts out so much water that my shower can't drain fast enough. The pivot points leak slightly but it's barely noticeable. I love that the head rotates with ease, and how easy it is to adjust the height. If you want to conserve water, this probably isn't the showerhead for you. Otherwise, for the price, you really can't top it.Customer Review: Very, very pleased, great product...

I bought this showerhead about 2 years ago after trying 3 or 4 others from my local Home Depot. I could never get enough water pressure, even after taking the water saver out of the other showerheads. This rainfall showerhead beats all the others hands down with respect to water pressure and overall experience. My sister has an expensive, custom bathroom with a rainfall showerhead. This one is not as good as hers, but it's certainly a fantastic value for the price. I just installed one in my girlfriends shower and she really likes it too.Customer Review: Stress relief

For those of us who are tired of being power-washed in the shower, here is the antidote. It truly feels like standing under a warm, abundant rainfall to shower under the Interbath All Directional Rainfall Shower. There are few other remedies that match the soothing from a stressful day like this showerhead performs. The appliance appears to be sturdy - metal, not plastic - and it's a breeze to install. Wrap your junction in a couple of layers of Teflon tape before attaching the Rainfall, and you'll have no leaks. Highly recommended.
