Intermatic wanted me to de-install a product, drive to the Home Depot, exchange the product, re-install it....all because they wouldn't send me a 25cent knob? Thanks heavens for the World Wide Web and my ability to thoroughly report to the world what cheap products you distribute, and how ineffective your Technical Service Team is...for something this small.
