The transformer works with no problems. It is exactly like the one I replaced. Because of it's age or wattage rating, it was impossible to find in stores. The price on Amazon.com is much less than other websites, even Ebay, plus I received free shipping! A similar wattage transformer in a retail store would have easily cost three times more. I am so glad I found this on Amazon. This seller is great! The transaction went very smoothly and I received it quickly. I highly recommend this seller for whatever he has to seller. This is the 4th power pack I've had to order. It seems that the timer quits working or it gets a short inside after a 3 or 4 year period. The product is excellent, but work needs to be done on making them last longer. I realize it runs 24/7, but I have other things that run 24/7 also and they don't die in 3 or 4 years. It is not overloaded, but indeed under the rated capacity. Hope Intermatic gets this and works on improving their already good product.Customer Review: Junk!

This timer keeps on losing time and can't seem turn on the lights! I own other Intermatic timers but this one was crap right out of the box. Intermatic's products have a real quality problem I've also encountered lights that don't work out of the box- even with bulb changes.

Purchased this to replace a lower voltage unit that came in a set. There is NO humming from this like the smaller one and actually keeps time pretty well. I received this transformer in a timely manner. I installed it on a new Malibu light system with 12 - 11 watt light fixtures. The transformer works flawlessly. Timer is accurate. Lights turn on and off properly. This unit has the ability to turn on/off during two separate intervals during the day.
