Tools and Hardware Reviews of Intermatic PR3C Three-in-One Emergency Power Failure LightCustomer Review: complete waste of money Summary: 1 Stars
basically what you're buying is a night light. I've had this things plugged in for three days straight and there's no flashlight at all. I'm disappointed because that's what I bought it for. Complete junk. And I can't just throw them out due to the rechargeable batteries inside - will have to see how to dispose of them properly. What a ripoff!
Customer Review: One of the most reliable emergancy lights of this type Summary: 5 Stars
I've had a lot of this kind of light and non the them work very well or for very long. I have one of these that I've had for about a year or so, and it's still working properly. I don't know that this is any bargan price, but with the heat and power outages in my area, it's sure worth it to me. These work well and I'm glad I purchased them.
Customer Review: Worked for 2 weeks Summary: 1 Stars
Worked, I knew that it was a low cost emergency light, however after 2 weeks it began to short out, and not work at all. Then it eventually just quit. I tried to take it apart to look for the failure but did not find anything disconnected, so I am not even sure why it stopped working. I wouldnt buy again, but I got what i paid for.
Customer Review: failed when i needed them. Summary: 1 Stars
I bought two of these for my basement, maybe two years ago. Recently i was downstairs and the power failed and it was totally black - neither of the lights worked. So, I've just ordered a different product that had no negative ratings. If I had looked at others' ratings for the intermatic product, I would not have ordered them.
Customer Review: Close but no emergency beacon Summary: 3 Stars
I ordered and am using 4 of these, but having used Intermatic products for 20 years, I am not impressed. The emergency light given off is not as bright as I would have expected, however, they can fuction similar to the aisle lighting in a movie theatre to at least get one through the hall or garage in an emergency.
