I shopped many different lights and, based on the reviews that I read, I chose three of these lights for our house and two for my 95+ year old mother's house where she lives alone. We've had ours for over 7 years and need a new one. A great night light but super when the power goes out in the night! Lots of power outages in our area and this product has never failed. I wanted to provide security for my Mother-in-Law in the event of a power failure in her residence. I found these on the Internet and purchased for her and myself. The lights were shipped promptly, work great and I am fully satisfied. They also have a built-in night light which she really appreciates.Customer Review: Good replacement for old emercency lights

Had 4 emergency lights for at least 30 years which took little space and worked fine during power outages. With time batteries lost power to keep lit for extended periods of time. Local stores only replacements were plug in flashlights, which take up too much space, as well as losing two outlets.Customer Review: A good buy.

I bought four and all worked fine right out of the box. I'd give 5 stars except the night light is a waste - very dim, useless to the point of wasting electricity (can't imagine it uses much, though). My cost for four of these was less than the cost of just two similar items at Target.
