Ordered these lights after reading mostly positive reviews. They work for exactly what I need them to do. Highlight a small maple in my yard and a couple of evergreens in the flowerbed. I ordered just one to test myself before ordering another set for the other side of the house. Like most have said, the light is not the brightest in the world, but much, MUCH better than LED's used to be. It highlights landscaping nicely. My neighbor has incandescent, and mine looks a little bluer/crisper, but I think it looks nice, PLUS I don't have to run wires or have a big transformer block plugged in.Customer Review: Malibu 3 pack solar lights top of line.

I have bought a number of solar lights of late. some to light flags, some of other uses. the Malibu 3 pack solar LZ413 is the best so far! they charge even on cloudy days. Stay light at least until 4am. (that is the latest I have stayed up to see) I was very shocked to see 3 lights work this good with one solar collector. I am using this set in my yard at this time as a test but will set it up at a Memorial set soon and order another set or two for my home. You can't go wrong. They are not regular lights but they light my steps and walkway and front of the house enough to save on electric.Customer Review: solar powered flood lites

We have a new water feature with stone all around. The water feature has a water fall and we used the "Malibu 3-Pack Solar with the remote solar panel". When the sun sets the water garden lites up with a romantic blue glow. I wanted to lite up the space with least amount of effort possible. These lights have the smallest wires and could be hidden in the smallest cracks in the stone.Anchoring them was not a problem, just took the stakes and turned them 90 degrees and laid them under a stone. The price is also very attractive. I am considering ordering another set for another location.Customer Review: I love these solar landscape lights...!

I purchased 3 sets of these lights to use as uplighting around the front of my home. I am impressed with the amount of light that these put out and how easy they are to install. Not enough to "shine" through the windows to disturb the darkness but a nice glow to illuminate the landscape. I am going to order 2 more sets for each side, they look kind of bare compared to the front. They are in no way as bright as the electic powered lights but they are just as pretty. I put them out today and a couple of my neighbors approched me this evening and asked me "who did your lighting"...Customer Review: Inconsistent Performers

I bought 4 sets of these at an Amazon sale a little over a year ago. I found them to be highly variable. One set is terrific and continues to perform well after a year. Another initially worked well but now has only one remaining light working (not a bulb problem as I have switched terminals to no effect) but at least it is bright. The other two sets do not work at all. I tried replacing the batteries with high end Sony rechargeable AAs to no avail. I sent an email to Malibu about the problems I have had with these lights over 6 months ago but never received a reply.
