Customer Review: Don't waste your money

This is absolutely the worst airbed I have ever bought - and the most expensive. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. The bed is stable and comfortable as advertised but after only a few uses it developed big mis-shapen bumps on the surface. The bumps are weaknesses where the top of the mattress attaches to the air chambers that provide the stability. After about 3 weeks, the top started pulling away from the chambers and created big lumps. Once weakened, more pull away with every use and the lump gets larger and larger. Around the edge of the lump, leaks develop. There is no warranty. There is no customer service. I have NEVER had this kind of weak, defective product for an air bed. It was a total waste. After a mere 4 months of use, we are ditching it. We used an AeroBed for over a year of continual use with no problems. This one from Intex is garbage almost out of the box.
