Deceptive dimensions list the size of the lid. The interior of the box is at least five inches narrower in both directions so it is too small for the tools and items I had planned for it. Very disappointing. Seems well made other than this drawback.

J. Terence Thompson Inc. King Kong storage bin is manufactured using a compression molding process using a strong advanced composite material to make it the most durable storage box available. The bin is weatherproof and will not rust or dent. It can be padlocked and can be either tied down to the truck bed or secured at bolt down locations. The bin has a pry resistant lid with heavy duty lid stays that keep it open when needed. The lid has an etched in measuring tape in English and metric along with a pipe groove and lumber channel for help in cutting. This bin is great for tool storage, sporting goods or any storage need.
