I purchased 5 of these locally last fall and had to return 3 as defective...tempeture off by 4 to 11 degrees or didn't come on within 2 months of operation. I thought I would try this older model and see if they are any better.

The LUX Products ELV1 (PSPLV510) line voltage thermostat is a cost effective, energy saving programmable thermostat for baseboard, cable and ceiling heat. The thermostat features seperate programs for weekdays and weekends with 4 settings per day.You can have the thermostat provide the temperature you want when you wake up and turn the heat down during the day when you leave the house, saving energy. The thermostat can also automatically bring the heat back up in the evening and offer yet another setting to keep you warm through the night as you sleep.
