Customer Review: Very pretty but not for heavy-duty cooking and messes

This is a gorgeous apron with nice details like pink ribbons tied into bows and pink piping. The material is quite thin and it isn't as heavy-duty as a canvas apron, but realistically, you're buying this for how cute it is and not necessarily for its' superior apron qualities. And cute it is! It's hard for me to tell how it will look in another couple months since I'm nearly due with my second child and have a huge tummy at the moment, but it worked very well in my current state and I was still able to tie it easily behind my back. Therefore, I highly recommend this apron to you mamas out there that still want to wear something a little sexy while slaving away in the kitchen. This would make a great apron to wear when friends are over (or a nice surprise for the man of the house) but for a day in the kitchen while making 8 pies and a turkey - I would go heavier duty next time. It definitely serves the purpose and I would buy the brand again with no hesitation.
