No one likes to clean windows, and cleaning outdoors is often worse due to the amount of reaching, stretching, and bending that is sometimes required to make sure a window is thoroughly clean. Fortunately, the Windex Outdoor All in One Glass Cleaning Tool helps to eliminate some of these common complaints. First, it makes outdoor window cleaning much faster because all you need to do is spray the windows with a hose, rub them with this cleaning tool, and then rinse them off. There is little effort involved and almost no strain. It takes very little effort to scrub the window with this tool and, because it is faster, you don't have to worry about spending excessive time outdoors in the sweltering summer heat. In a matter of minutes, you can clean several windows. There is no need to dry, either. You just rinse off the suds and walk away. The sheeting action of the liquid leaves a clean, smooth, streak- free surface behind.
One other nice feature with the Windex Outdoor All in One Glass Cleaning Tool is that a single cleaning pad is good for many cleanings. I was skeptical about this at first, because I was concerned that a single cleaning pad would only be good for a few windows before having to be discarded, requiring the consumer to purchase more and more of these special, water- activated cleaning pads. But this turns out not to be true. A single pad is good for twenty windows. That is a larger number than I expected, and it is enough that most people will be able to clean all or a large majority of their windows with a single cleaning pad.
This window cleaning device is simple, yet effective, and it makes the task of cleaning windows much easier. About the only problem I can see is with the length of the device. It is about four feet long, so depending on your height and arm- length, you may or may not be able to reach certain windows. There should be no problem reaching lower level windows, but depending on the height of your second story, you will likely have to reach for the ladder or attach this device to a longer pole. The four foot length could be very frustrating because it can almost reach the second story windows on some houses, but not quite.
Overall, however, the Windex Outdoor All in One Glass Cleaning Tool is a hit in my household. Windex has been the foremost name in window cleaning for decades and it has added yet another winner to its product line with this device. It takes the strain out of window cleaning, leading to a streak- free shine that makes the task of outdoor window cleaning more trouble- free and more likely to get completed.
