If it's too good to be true, it probably is! I live in Phoenix and it feels like we live in a fishbowl because of all the windows. It literally takes me hours to clean all of my windows the old-fashioned way; squeegee and bucket of cleaning detergent. I had been looking at this product for a couple of months. Unfortunately, I did not do my research; this was an impulse buy one day at the store. Anyway, I decided to start with my courtyard sliding doors(3) and windows(4).
The kit only comes with one cleaning pad and I was afraid I wouldn't be able to do all of the glass in the courtyard, however there was still enough product left over for more windows. However, after my "test" windows, I will not be using the product again. The first sliding door I cleaned, it looked like I had not even cleaned it. After two more windows, I realized that it just started making suds and releasing the cleaner. So, I went back and re-cleaned the sliding door. Everything looked pretty good at first, and then after they were completely dry...you guessed it, STREAKS! I will note that we have horrible hard water here, so buyer beware. I don't think I can get my money back at this point because there is not any product to return, other than the rod.

Wow - this is a great idea. It's very lightweight, does what it says, easy to put together and the little threads at the end actually "do" accept the lightweight painting roller extension I already have . .. so ... guess what? No more scary ladder on the side of the house!! I have clean windows!!
I have 15 jalosy-type windows that are very hard to clean. From start to finish of the cleaning project - including fighting the hose that likes to kink up when I least expect it to - was a total of 40 minutes . . including cleanup and putting the hoses away.
The size of the head is great - it fits in the window panes .. perfect. Rotating head is a super idea.
Great invention, great tool. I am happy I purchased a few extra packs of pads when I bought the starter kit. My windows were so filthy, I had to use a second pad. Then once the soap was gone, I lightly scrubbed the splashed dirt on the side of the wood siding. That's clean too now. Worked ever so nicely and my elbow doesn't hurt one bit! Hooray!
Thank you whoever made this item. I'm a fan. ... only bad thing tho . .. I have to clean the insides of the windows now ... sigh.

This product worked better than I could have imagined. I cleaned all windows of our 2300sqft home in about an hour with nothing but a hose, this kit, and a stepladder to reach the high windows. The included tool (pole) is well made for the price. The tubing is thick walled and sturdy, and the head where the cleaning pad is affixed articulates on a universal joint so any angle is possible as you clean.
One pad is included in the kit, and the suds never waned, even towards the end of the project. Wet the pad slightly before your first window to get the detergent going.
Possible problems others may have experienced include letting the soap dry before rinsing (and is why you likely want to do this on a cloudy day), and I noticed that residue from the old paint on some of my windows, once disturbed, ran down and left streaks that I had to clean later with another pass, but that's not the fault of this product.
Overall, this product is well worth the price and I'll be using it again. My windows are sparkling clean.

My house has a glass sun room that's 24 feet wide and 72 feet long. Excepting the roof, which is too high to reach, there are probably a hundred windows that measure 3'x3' or larger. Washing all those windows--badly--used to take most of a day and leave me exhausted and the windows looking almost as bad as when I started. This year I bought TWO of the Windex All-in-One starter kits. I used the wand sections from both kits to make a double-length tool that reaches all the way up to the twelve-foot ceiling, (we used the remaining head and handle to build a shorty that's perfect for doing the car windows) and proceeded to wash all the windows, inside and out, in about a third of the time it used to take me. And when I got finished the windows looked great and I wasn't even tired. And those pads last way more than twenty windows; I only used three pads to do the whole room.
I think I'm going to stock up on refill pads; just like one of the other people said, every time I find something really great it disappears...and this product is REALLY, REALLY GREAT!!!

I HATE cleaning windows. I purchased this, and thought this looks too good to be true. Just did six windows, and I must say, I was not at all impressed. The only nice part is the cleaning pad on a pole, it beats bending up and down to clean large windows, BUT once the hose is sprayed to get the cleaner off the windows, they were left with so many water droplets and streaks, that I had to get a squeegie and a clean towel to wipe off the water from the windows, so it made my job MUCH HARDER than I thought it would. I still have another 21 windows to go :( but after this mornings escapade, I'm going to leave the rest and do them bit by bit.
All I can say, is I'm amazed at all the good ratings here. I followed the directions step by step and I had NO WHERE NEAR the results that most of the others had. VERY DISAPPOINTED in this product, and I was hoping it was going to work as advertised :(
