I must admit that I was skeptical as in "yeah, another no effort, streak free product". To my amazement, it actually works as advertised with little or no "touch up". I even called back the check out clerk at Lowe's to tell her how well it worked (she asked me to let her know if it worked as advertised).
To Pacific: Like the other reviewers, I don't know what your problem was with the product but it really worked as advertised for me following the directions to the letter. GREAT product!

Don't know what happened with Pacific's windows but this was awesome for ours, doesn't even take much work at all. We like most people HATE washing the outside of windows, but this worked perfectly!
We did notice on my sisters house that it streaked a bit, but she has pretty old windows(probably from the 40's or 50's), maybe it works best newer windows? That's just speculation on my part however and the streaking seemed to lessen quite a bit after the second pass.

This is a great product if you are only cleaning patio doors, however, you cannot clean the outside of a window without first removing the screen. I don't know about your windows, but removing the screens at my house is an unnecessary hassle that I don't want to deal with. That's why after trying this new form of Windex outdoors, I will be sticking to the original Windex hose attachment. This way I can spray clean the windows and the screens in one easy step.Customer Review: worth it

I live in a "glass house" in the Arizona desert, so was prepared to be disappointed in a product that promised so much. Acutally, I wasn't. My multiple door walls look amazingly clean with very little effort, once the pad was properly activated. On my first try there were no suds, but after wetting the pad more thoroughly I had suds and then clean windows. I took a star off for having only one pad in the kit, and I would have liked one more extension piece.Customer Review: Love this product!

Our house is on the lake and gets some crazy weather. We have a double sliding door, a triple and a quad with transoms that go out to our back deck. We usually spend at least 2+ hours cleaning and drying the sliding doors & windows a couple of times a year. We did all three in less than 30 minutes with the Windex Outdoor All-in-One. We couldn't believe how well it worked. I wish there was a product for the interior windows that worked as well!
