After purchasing the outdoor-all-in one system, and following the directions meticulously, my windows were left with a film that made them look horrible. We had to rewash by hand. Very dissappointing and significantly added to the time it should have taken. I had hoped this system would be better than the outdoor product in the green bottle which I vowed I would never use again. No such luck, very disappointing. This sounded like the perfect way to touch up my windows before everyone arrives for Thanksgiving.... N O T ! ! ! I wish I could have the dirt back. THAT would be better than the severe streaks that appear when the afternoon sun comes streaming in! ...and that's the side where everyone will be on the holiday...that WHOLE side of the house with nasty, streaky windows. Thanks for nothing! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR YOUR TIME!!!Customer Review: Miraculous! And it worked with our hard water - no streaks!

My windows have never been this clean because I'm terrible at cleaning windows. Rinse, wipe, rinse = amazingly clean windows. I used an old mop handle as an extension and easily reached the upstairs windows on the third rung of a ladder.
I did all my windows and the pad still had plenty of solution on it - trying to get my neighbors to use it!
Would buy again, definitely worth it!

This product is terrible. Great idea, but doesn't work at all. I washed the windows and when they were dry - streaks everywhere. So I washed them again, thinking maybe I should just push harder. Still, every window is visibly streaky and cloudy. So much worse than they looked "dirty." Now I have to redo them all on a ladder. What a waste of time. I hope I can get a refund too. Don't waste your time or money!Customer Review: works well

This product worked exactly as advertised for me. You spray the window with water first, use the tool to soap up and scrub the window then rinse. Voila, a clean, sparkling window. It does come with only one pad but the pad does do a lot of windows, as many as I had to do in one go so I can't even complain about that. If you have a two story house the tool will not reach the upper story.
