Customer Review: This K2 is a Must Have Tool for the Job!

While trying to choose a proper EMF meter for my intended purpose, I came across the K2 in use on the latest "Paranormal/Ghost Hunting" (and increasingly more scientific) T.V. shows. It was clear to me that the advantage of having bright LED lights indicate an EMF spike while constantly monitoring in a dark environment would make the job much easier. My K2 arrived very quickly and I immediately unboxed the unit and tested the sensitivity around walls and home appliances (as suggested in the included literature) to get a "feel" for real world use. I was absolutely stunned at how quick and responsive my K2 is and feel that it is indeed the best choice I could have made. Let's just say that I plan to stand at least 3 feet away from my microwave oven when it is in use AND have already moved my clock radio away from my head when I sleep! The good news is that the unit will indicate an EMF spike almost instantly as I proved by powering up the microwave oven and and watching the K2 while pushing the power button on our cordless phone.
I am simply elated with the quality and functionality of the K2! I CAN'T WAIT to use this in the field. I consider the graphic display of an EMF spike via the K2's unmistakably bright LED's along with the simultaneous capture of an EVP or visual anomaly as a much stronger support of evidence.
In final, this product has exceeded my expectations in every way. This latest version of the K2 has an improved switch that keeps it powered on until you physically turn it off. This is a huge improvement as the original unit required the user to hold the power button down while monitoring, hence constant monitoring in a allegedly haunted or active location was challenging. Additionally, the cost vs. benefit of this device is more than reasonable. It is thankfully made in the USA and solidly built. In final I want to rave about ghost_augustine, the seller I chose as they shipped the unit to me at light speed and the unit arrived with a well-written custom instruction sheet AND even included a brand new battery to get started right out of the box!

I purchased this item couple months ago basically to test my house for EM fields and I had to replace my alarm clock and move my TV but since I have made some small adjustments around the house, I have been able to sleep all night long and wake up without any more headaches. Yes IT works and it helps EMF can really effect how you feel, sleep, your mood etc. Also because I am a big fan of TAPS I have taken it on couple of my own investigations, one of them was Fairfield woods hospital and I was just amazed how interactive the ghosts were in that place. I was able to contact 3 different spirits in that one place alone and they answered most of my questions. I could not have done that with a digital EMF because first unless I used a flashlight I would not be able to see the spikes and second some ghosts don't like flashlights so by using a different kind of EMF detector you may be scaring them away! Also going back to my bedroom, my old alarm clock was emitting very high EMF field, but what was more annoying was my 5 year old son that always insisted on sleeping in my bedroom. One night I showed him the EMF meter and since he loves ghost hunters he knew what it is and what its used for. One night I told him to use it in my bedroom where he found the EM field from the alarm clock, but I told him that there is a ghost in daddys bed. But there are no ghosts in his room (which he tested with the k2 meter) from that point on, I sleep so muc better because he doesn't want to sleep in my bed anymore and he won't even approach it after dark, (great trick and it worked after 2 years of him sleeping with me every night) and the k2 also helped me find the reason for my headaches (the alarm clock) Anyhow its a great product! Every time I order online from Amazon, I ALWAYS expecting the order to mess-up. That's what my eyes are on. I WANT this order to mess-up so I can do a bad review. However disappointed again.
What I did was I choose for it to reach here the slowest way. Which is the cheapest way, I mite had to wait 2 weeks but I didn't feel it. When you order it this way. You won't have to pay ANYTHING else other than the shipping and the price of the K2 Meter.
When I got it, I noticed the push ON/OFF button they upgraded it, when you push it down it stays down. Nice feature, you don't have to keep your finger on it.
It also had it's own battery, I honestly thought I would have to buy new batteries, and I was wondering what kind it uses however it had NEW working batteries in it. Excellent.
It wasn't broken, it was new, it was wrapped up well in a box and the instructions on how to use it was included.
Sad to say NOTHING was wrong with anything. I REALLY was looking for something bad to say, but this company is good. Apparently they have learnt from their mistakes and fixed and adjusted everything so right, they coming out perfect.

Customer Review: Lives Up To The "Ghost Hunters" Hype...

I'm a part time paranormal investigator, who has enjoyed ghost hunting as a hobby for a long time. When I first started out, I had only my five natural senses and a cheap camera to pick up on paranormal activity. LOL. Then I started watching that "Ghost Hunters" TV show and had to have one of these and try it myself. I have so far done ONE ghost hunt with it to date and it worked just like it does on the TV show...there weren't any power lines or anything to make the thing go bonkers at all...I can't definitively say it was a ghost that made it do it, I can say it was not a power line, hidden power source, phone, etc. that made it work.
I only wish it had come with a manual regarding paranormal use...but it's original intended purpose was to pick up electromagnetic field fluctuations in the home and by electricians...it also did double duty for me as an electronic stud finder...I had just moved and did not want to drive a nail into a power line in the wall...and it helped me to avoid them...and to figure out what was making a "non working" ceiling fan suddenly go...
I have to say the K2 is one of my favorite toys!

I bought this KII tool because this is a must have for the paranormal investagator. This product came new and works extremely well on investagations. I have used this tool now for over a year on many paranormal investagations and has proven many a time that magnetic fields, minor to strong are presant which can indicate the presence of the paranormal or a spirit. This tool is also known as the "instant messager or telephone" of spirits and has well proved itself to be by asking yes or no questions in conjunction to the lights flashing or "spiking" for the responce. The on off switch on this model is perfect compared to the old model where the switch had to be depressed constantly or jammed with a dime. I would reccomend this product to anyone who investagates the paranormal or just even curious about it. An upgrade to this model that I would reccomend is the AW Sperry or Lutron emf meter witch just indicates the field levels in digital numbers up to 200 Gauss. But this tool is perfect for the starter or even pro and is extremely easy to use!
