Customer Review: Disappointed in As Seen on TV

We received our lamp last Thursday. When opened, the lamp does not work. It will not turn on. The nightlight worked for maybe a minute then went out, too. The music did not turn on and the barbie does not dance. The mirror was scratched very badly. I immediately sent an email to the address for As Seen on Tv. As of Tuesday night we have no reply and will be filing a claim through Amazon. The lamp is very pretty and we would have been happy with a replacement. We will not order anything else through As Seen on Tv and would caution others as well.
