Customer Review: Avoid Kohler - you will be disappointed!

I had Kohler product delivered Friday, however parts were missing. I had plumber waiting to fit so lost money.
Promised missing parts for following Wednesday as tracked courier parcel. Told that delivery attempted and failed, but I was there all day and had two other Royal Mail parcels delivered. Plumber waiting again and had to be paid.
Asked for tracking number. Delayed and delayed. Told cannot find tracking number. Questioned whether tracked and then given a FAKE tracking number for Royal Mail. Finally confessed not tracked. Location of parcel unknown. Told will be located and delivered for following Saturday. Asked how can you promise if you don't know where parcel is!
Asked for fresh parcel with missing parts to be sent by tracked same day courier. Response - we only use Knights of Old as our courier and they are free to use what ever freightforwarder they wish.
Amazing for a huge multinational company - don't buy Kohler or you will regret it!!!
Customer Review: Once you go quite-close, you'll never go back

All of the standard toilet seats we've owned eventually become warped and stained. Being that this seat is 100% plastic, stains are a thing of the past! Messes are easily wiped clean. Also, the seat VERY easily detaches from the toilet for quicker cleaning!
What I enjoy most about this seat is the "quiet close" feature. I love being able quickly flick the lid/seat down from the top and walk away without needing to touch the underside of the seat. Once you've gotten used to this feature, be careful when you're using a standard seat elsewhere! Flicking a standard seat closed can be quite loud!
We've installed this toilet seat on all three of our toilets and have been very pleased!

Clean, quality plastic, gleaming new and shiny, closing quietly by itself or quickly with a push. It is so nice. Comfortable enough, not being soft or anything? Yes, I played 18 holes of iPhone golf (8 under) without getting up. Now that is comfort.
The bathroom looks...newer. You don't realize how awful the old seat is until you replace it. It seems that the seat will look new and clean for a very long time.
The style, which is very pleasing and modern, fits right in even with an older model toilet. It attaches easily and detaches quickly for cleaning. The old unit was disgusting in that way.
I promise that there will be no video review.
Customer Review: Great Seat - No more wood finished ones

After another brand's molded wood with a seal that lifted up and flaked in less than a year, I tried this all plastic Kohler one and I love it. It feels 100 percent better when I sit on it and it is comfortable and stays in place unlike the other one which moved around a lot. After using it for the first day, I kept wanting to use it more because I liked it so much - I know, sounds really weird. I got over that by the second day. Excellent seat and quality. Feels great to sit on. Cleans well and looks just as shiny after cleaning, unlike the dull white molded wood one that I will never buy again. I would buy this same Kohler seat again and I would recommend it to others.Customer Review: Nice seat, but not perfect

This seat is made of high quality material. The quiet close mechanism is a nice touch. The quick release also seems like a nice feature on paper, however in reality, it causes a less than perfect connection to the toilet. When you start tightening the screws, it starts opening up the jaw of the quick release mechanism and starts releasing the seat. In order to keep the jaw intact, you need to not tighten it that much in which case the seat becomes a bit wiggly and not completely tight in its spot. It seems like a good idea but it is not implemented well in reality. I would have given it a 5 star rating if they skipped that feature all together.
