We have two of these lids and I highly recommend them for anyone with small children. The lid does not close slowly and quietly, but the seats do. My daughter just turned two and she has been able to sit on this seat for months now. The other day she tried to turn and fell back while sitting on the seat, but was fine because she can't fall through and the seat doesn't slip. It is also easy for my son to put up and down when he uses the toilet. VERY easy to clean. Just make sure you get it fastened on as tightly as possible.Customer Review: Wonderful Potty Training Aid

My son loves this potty seat. We tried the puffy kind that sit on top of the regular seat but they move around; he feels unstable on them and can't relax. This seat is attached and feels completely stable. The elongated shape of the seat allows him to have a broad range of seating positions that feel comfortable; he is able to sit far enough back that we don't get the fountain flow off the front. Because it looks like the one Mommy and Daddy use, he really feels like a big boy - important motivation in this process.Customer Review: Perfect for small kids & small spaces

We are so pleased w/ this. Our daughter is very small for her age and we thought we would have to help her use the "big potty" for several more years! Now, with the compact design and the fact that her seat can't slide around, she loves going by herself. Also, we have a small bathroom so the all-in-one design is a big help and it is so much easier for the adults now that we don't have to move/replace her little seat. I purchased this for our guest bath and it works as advertised. The quiet close keeps the lid form banging shut, and the extra flap for children has been approved of by all the children and parents that have visited our house. It fits wonderfully on our Kohler Wellworth toilet. The adult seat seems a bit narrow but is comfortable enough. The child seat is a huge step better than the usual squishy elmo/dora rings which never fit securely in our elongated bowl toilets.Customer Review: Best toilet seat for families with small kids

This is the best toilet seat on the market for families with small kids - especially those that are toilet training. You don't need an extra seat for them and most of those portable ones move around too much and are such a mess to clean. I don't understand why the baby stores and home building supply stores don't carry these - they would make a fortune! I've already had several people ask where I got this toilet seat. Very easy to install and clean.
