The seat is nice. The two seats that you sit on lower slowly so no more slamming the seats. The overall quality is so so. The plastic it is made of is thinner than it should be. I am a large guy (6'-3" 260lbs) and when I sit on it I have to be careful. The hinges that lock it to the base are also less sturdy than i would have expected. Overall - unless I find one that is better, this is worth buying - it just should sell for about $15 less.

i love this seat. you do need an elongated toilet -- it won't work on a circular seat (we tried). a terrific training seat -- my two daughters feel comfortable using it by themselves. i would recommend this to anyone who hates those potty training seat inserts (they got dirty with each and every use). and i would suggest the potty stool by Elite Child Corp. the two together make the bathroom experience an easy one for both child and parent.Customer Review: Whole family pleased

The Kohler Transitions toilet seat has been wonderful as our 3 year old trains on the regular toilet. We had so much trouble with portable toddler seats that did not fit our elongated toilet and ended up a drippy mess. We have 2 of the new seats and couldn't be happier. Our 11 year old was so tired of sharing a bathroom with his 3 year old sister, finally he can simply lift the toddler seat and no mess!
Highly recommend.

Love the concept of this product...but please kohler make one in a round version. For a company known for bathroom products- toilets, faucets, sinks...one would think they could have the common sense to manufacture this seat to fit their own round bowls- I mean they must be missing a large consumer base by just having it in oblong shape--too bad it doesnt fit for those of us who have round toilets.

After weeks of the little potties, I was ready to move my twins to a potty I did not have to dump and clean every other minute. This seat is 100% worth the money and a time saver for me. My kids (2 1/2 year old b/g twins) adapted immediately and love it! As many I was skeptical after reading all the different reviews, but I can honestly say after 3 months using it, I have NO complaints!!! It is a WINNER!
