Customer Review: Just as I wanted----poorly packaged!

I really like to have different colors of self-stick shelf-liner around for quickie projects. It's removable, movable and forgiving. You can customize all sorts of things with shapes cut out of this sort of vinyl "paper," but I could not find black locally. I ordered a roll of it from Farm & Home Supply Center---and there should have been no problems, right? Sadly, it had been placed in a flimsy box for shipping, and of course, the box was folded in the middle, crimping the entire roll of Contact Paper. If I were going to use this in pieces that required a large chunk, I would have returned it and waited for another. However, it will be cut up, punched out and otherwise made into small usuable shapes--so the fold through the center isn't an issue, but it is an irritant. As as avid eBay seller, I take great pains to protect the stuff I sell through its shipping process. Why a professional etailer can't do the same is beyond me. A good portion of the square footage of this roll of Contact Paper is unusable. The shipping to receive this product was more than the actual Contact Paper. A simple stick down the center of this roll would have kept the box from bending, thus saving what I paid for from the damage it sustained getting here. The product itself is great--I've decorated some Bickenstocks with black squares and when I tire of them, they'll peel off. The shipping department at Farm & Home Supply Center, however, needs some
