Customer Review: Loose Rubber Grip

I must agree with another reviewer. I just bought this item from the Home Depot and, after opening the package, I noticed that the rubber grip is loose and doesn't feel secure. It squeaks when you squeeze it. I have an 11-in-1 from Klein and it feels tight--nice and solid, as such a professional product should. But not this one. It is defective. I will wait a little while and return or maybe exchange it for another. I guess this is a part of quality control that must be expected. Either way, if you buy, just make sure you can return/exchange easily. The bits on the driver however, are tops and look to be very durable and well machined.
