LOVE the recycling center... came exactly as described in new condition. Came with brief instructions. If you need to trim the heigth like we did it wasn't hard to figure out, just needed a tape measure and a hacksaw. We did a retrofit, so removed our lazy susan unit and installed this instead, so the holes for centering it were already there. Does have a very strong plastic odor when installed, but that fades in two weeks or so. We put a fridge Arm & Hammer deodorizer (suction cup held) onto the side of one of the cans to help with the initial odor. Holds tall kitchen garbage bags well, just restricts them in width a little so when you remove them you end up with some extra space at the top. Not nessicarily a bad thing. Came with the recycling logo in several (6 I think) different colors to help label the bins. Wish it came with a label for garbage (we ended up using the brown logo, as we used ours for garbage, recyclables with deposit, and recyclables for the curb.) Love that our recyclables are not on the kicthen counter anymore, and the cans are very easy to remove when it is time to empty them. I purchased the KV Rotary Recycling Center With Out Door Hardware White about two months ago. I'm very happy with it. This unit makes great use of a difficult space to utilize in the kitchen - a blind corner cabinet. It is extremely convenient to have a 3-bin recycling center in the kitchen. It has saved me countless trips to my outdoor recycling bin.
Overall the unit has proved to be very sturdy and holds as much weight as you could possibly put into it. The bins are easy to take in and out for emptying.
My only minor complaint is that it did not explain how to shorten up the post (cut it) to fit your cabinet properly. With a little simple measuring though, I figured it out. Just make sure that you don't cut too much off! Measure twice, cut once.

I saw this unit in a Kitchen advertisement. Then a friend had one and I fell in love. The name was my only problem. I kept looking for a lazy susan unit for under the counter and explored many sites for trash units and lazy susans. Once I found the right name I was all set and Amazon made it easy to order. I can't explain how it helped to organize the routine of trash and recycling not to mention the perfect use of the corner cabinet. My husband made all the kitchen cabinets for me and this was very easy to install. Thank you for making it effortless.

I ordered the rotary recycler in December, but because of previous reviews, hesitated to install it until yesterday. Yes, the instructions are pretty weak, and yes, you will most likely need a saw to shorten the main bar, but oh, I had it installed in less than 30 minutes! I wish I had done it sooner!
If you already have a lazy susan in your corner cabinet, taking that out and installing the rotary recycler is pretty simple.
The bins are quite large and easy to remove. Over all, I think I will be quite satisfied with this purchase

It is a great product but at first it didn't fit in our standard size Lazy Suzann cabinet because the round backing was too small in diameter. We had to remove the curved back and install a new bottom, back and sides in the cabinet, then we had the space adequate for the product.
