Customer Review: Beware of Chinese Quality Control

I bought 12 pair. They are very good units for the money, but my 12 pair came from two different production runs. One run extends about 3/4" more than the others, which I found out AFTER installing them and noticing that some drawers extended farther, and two drawers twisted to one side at the ends of their runs because they had a slide from each batch and one side wanted to go further than the other side. Close inspection revealed that some slides were stamped with a certain number, while the others had a different number. The two groups differed in the internal bearing holder; one group had a shorter one. It's not a huge deal, but it would be nice if the reseller did not mix batches. Check your order and sort accordingly.
