I thought we had lucked out when I saw this item pictured. The problem is that the product you receive is not the product you see. The flapper they actually send you has a hard plastic piece on the back of the flapper, not the soft rubber piece shown. The model number matches, but the picture does not. The problem with this is that the flapper pictured fits our toilet, the one they sent does not. We ended up having to search through a few hardware stores before we found a flapper that fits. Too bad we couldn't order it on amazon. Is it really that hard to make sure that you take a picture of the product you actually send?
