Leak frog water alarm worked as expected. I installed it under my sink, and it went off a few days later when the dishwasher line started leaking. At the time I bought the leak frog, it was the best deal for the price, when compared to other water alarms. Leakfrog has been a wonderful addition to our home, we have a leaky faucet and before Leakfrog we would find the counter covered in water (have to love apartment living). Now Leakfrog alerts us to even the smallest amount of water for easy clean-up.
We also love showing him off to friends!

I bought 2 leak frogs, after my washing machine caused water leaking in my cellar. Gave one to my daughter for her basement. Well it woke her up at 4 a.m. after her hot water tank started leaking. She shut off the water and leak frog stopped what would have been major damage. Great little gadget!!!!Customer Review: Perfect for water detection!

The little frogs are definitely a must for anyone who has water issues or just wants to be safe that water does not accumulate in places you are not always in! We have a few spots that sometimes get water and these little guys are great! Very sensitive and the alarm is easy to hear.Customer Review: It doesn't ribbit!

Bought this as a gift for my friend who had a huge flood in his bathroom a while back. The alarm is definitely loud (and annoying), but for some reason I was expecting a "ribbit" sound instead of the beeping alarm. Works OK on his tiled bathroom floor.
