This is a keeper for any d.i.y. person. Here's why. Every time I go on and off the ladder to get tools, more screws, ... the chance I will be injured increases. Stuff falls off the ladder top, paint tray, or the ladder shifts position ever so slightly that it is no longer stable. Admit it. It's happened to you!
Now, this well made gem attaches to the ladder and holds just about everything. The top tray has 2" deep sides that wrap around and solidly snap together. No more screws or nails rolling off when I shift positions or nail pouch emptying as it catches on a step as I go down (of course, this is only noticed when stuff hits the ground). No more!
Pockets are of varying depth and width to hold tape measure, wire cutters, connectors, you name it! One side pocket is removable. The only difficulty I have found is that I tend to overload so initial installation can be awkward. The ladder can become top heavy so use extra caution when moving from place to place.
If used on an extension ladder, the top tray unsnaps and becomes a flat back to attach once the back flap is removed. The manufacturer does not provide instructions or use and care information so look closely at the picture provided prior to first use.
I love this caddy and give it 2 thumbs up!
