Customer Review: decent fan, not the best

Bought this fan to use as a small desk fan in my bedroom during the warmer summer months. I feel as though this fan makes too much noise for the amount of air it circulates so I never sleep with it on. The "high" setting is not that high and the low is very, very low. Still a fine fan and I use it quite often, but I cannot overlook the noise level.Customer Review: Good for Desktop, not Bedside Table

Pros - sleek styling, space efficient size, good air flow.
Cons - on/off switch is illuminated with bright blue light that is too strong for bedside application at night for those sensitive to light; motor has a high pitch whine that is also less practical for bedroom/sleep application for those more sensitive to noise when falling asleep.

It's small, looks nice, it makes just the right amount of white noise for me (I use it at night in the summer), and works just as I had expected. The only downside for me is the light on the power button - it's bright if you use it at night in your bedroom. I'm not sure why they put that in, but I just covered it with a small piece of duct tape.Customer Review: good fan

I bought this for my dorm room and was happy I did. The size is great and it works pretty well, doing a good job of keeping me cool. I do agree with a previous poster who said that sometimes you have to hold the fan down to turn it on/off to avoid pushing the thing over, but if you're not too picky, it shouldn't bother you too much.Customer Review: Works good until it starts making a rattling sound!

I bought two of these at first and one of them had a horrible high pitch sound so I asked for a replacement because the one I gave my Mom worked great. Well, after a month of receiving my replacement it's making a terrible rattling sound and of course it started making it 30 days after receiving it so no refund for me.
