Bought this product from a retail store, looks good elegant but when it comes to heating, doesnt do the job well at all.... With attached stand heater is elevated and your feet will never get warm which I feel is important in winter, especially MI winter. Even though its a tower, heating portion is so small that you have to keep it really close. I seriously don't recommend this product for this price. I would say the price should be around 30-35 and not 49.

I bought it and love it.
Sleek stylish, quiet and puts out a lot of good heat.
And because it is up off the floor you can put it by where you sit in your Lazyboy and it will heat you instead of just heating the room.
The whole top part of this heater ocilates and is smooth and quiet.
The digital thermostat is great to.
I also like the remote that controls all of the functions of the heater.
If there cons I haven't found them yet.

Could not live without this. I live in an old house that isn't well insulated, and I'd rather not pay $300 a month for gas bills every month through the winter. I love the auto on/off. It will heat a room very quickly. I've had it for over 2 years with no problems whatsoever, and I run it a LOT. It does get louder and rattle occasionally, but not enough to bother me.Customer Review: extra blankets please

only if standing within 2 feet can you actually feel heat being blown out of the unit. The unit is very attractive, and has nice features including a remote control, but if you want to stay warm, you'd be better of setting the unit on fire.. although it is mostly plastic :) Perhaps it can serve as a coat rack, in either case, I would not recommend it.Customer Review: Beware - Lasko Product Quality

I received two of these products from Amazon both of which had broken pieces, scratched & dents. I do not believe this was the result of poor packaging for shipment. I attempted to contact Lasko customer service via e-mail and never received a reply. Beware of products from this company as I believe they have a serious quality problem.
