It's all in the box. Everything you need to get going and get it installed.
However... there are these little black o-rings on the caps that were apparently not carefully installed at the factory. I bought two of these units and both had the o-rings installed in such a way that they were in the threads. That means that you have to use "significant" force to remove the caps from the faceplate.
That also means you're likely (like me) to gouge up the cap simply from the amount of force you have to use. You bend the brass. Luckily, I use all my outlets so the caps are irrelevant, but if you do plan to keep and use them, watch out for the o-rings. If things get tight wen you are unscrewing the cap, return it before you ruin it.
Leviton makes great quality goods but in this case, their QC is lacking.
