super easy to install, just as easy if not easier than any other outlet since you dont have the attach a faceplate
its nice to have the recess behind the tv, unfortunately with the angle and location of my tv i had t put this behind the thicker portion of the tv so it wasnt visible (i wanted a really really clean look and my tv is only about 1/2 inch off the wall. being located where it is, the plug interfered with the tv laying flat as the recess in the outlet wasnt quite deep enough. with a quick rewiring and mod on the tvs power cord plug i was good too go. again not neccessarily an issue with the product but with my install location.
would have given this a full 5 stars if it had gfci or some power / surge protection feature.
