Besides their economy and durability, one of these guys is a must for travelling. On a cruise ship or in a hotel, if you get up in the middle of the night you have a choice: find the stool in the dark or turn on a glaring light and, probably, start a noisy fan. Had you plugged a Glow Guide into the shaver outlet when you checked in, it would have given you plenty of light for that midnight call. Don't leave home without one!

I had a nightlight similar to this in our bathroom which is right off of our bedroom and it was very low light. I didn't want the light to be bright enough to light up my bedroom, but needed enought light to not hurt myself in the bathroom. This night light is perfect, and does just what I need it to. I have an extra in case I need it somewhere else or when I need to replace the one in my bathroom, which I don't expect will be very soon, my other one lasted at least 6 1/2 yrs.Customer Review: Leviton Glow Night Light

I have ordered several of these to plug into electrical outlets throughout my home at night. They give off a green glow that allows one to walk through the house at night and see well enough to avoid obstacles without turning on a light. They last absolutely forever, and use very little electricity. They are also safer than the more common night lights with a bulb that can cause a fire when overheated.Customer Review: Great product

I bought this product, for the first time, over 6 years ago. It glows just as bright as day one. This time around I bought 4 more for the rest of the house to replace the incandescent ones that burn out after a few months. The light is just bright enough to allow you to walk safely around the house at night, but soft enough to not be distracting. Great product.Customer Review: These are great-- VERY low power

As the other reviewer said, these do not produce very much light, but that's usually what I want-- dimmer than the now-popular blue-LED power lights on electronics, which are annoyingly bright. Very flat-- they don't stick out of the wall much at all.
Also, these are VERY low power, 0.03W.
