The items was delivered scratched up with deep nicks as if used and/or opened.
Amazon.com ignored the issue and provided no means to remedy or contact the manufacturer directly.
Also the brackets are too long that the bar rests too far from the window allowing too much light to come in, defeating the purpose of having black out curtains Amazon.com knew I was purchasing to block out light during the day since I attend school and work at night.
